
Lola Picó
Lola Picó is a psychotherapist and self-taught artist with over 30 years of experience developing spiritual growth and creativity.
She was born in Barcelona and currently lives in Mexico, where she has integrated therapeutic tools such as Family Constellations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Body Language, Coaching, Reiki... among others, with art.
In Barcelona he studied Family Constellations with Svagito Liebermeister and in Mexico, at the CUDEC University, with Bert Hellinguer.
Throughout his life and through his travels, he has acquired knowledge in various places, including an ashram in India, where he deepened his practice of meditation and introspection, experiencing a personal transformation that marked his path. He has also explored various artistic disciplines.
In San Miguel de Allende, she founded emotional and spiritual support centers and has collaborated with institutions such as the DIF (National Institute for Women), the Women's Institute, and Alternative Justice, providing support and services as a facilitator in Family Constellations.
As a self-taught painter, www.lolapico.com, she has had her own gallery and her works have been exhibited in Mexico and abroad. Her work is represented by the 1819 gallery in Madrid. She currently lives in Ajijic, Jalisco, where she continues to create and lead workshops on Family Constellations, Creativity Workshops, Art Therapy, and Learning Circles focused on the well-being of the soul and spirit.
