Lola Picó is a self-taught artist and therapist with more than 30 years of experience in developing creativity and spiritual growth. She was born in Barcelona and lives in Mexico, where she has integrated her passion for art with some of the therapeutic tools such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian Hypnosis, Reiki. She trained in Family Constellations in Barcelona with Svagito Liebermeister and in Mexico at the CUDEC university with Bert Hellinguer.

Throughout her life, Lola has traveled and learned in various places, including an ashram in India, where she delved into meditation and introspection, experiencing a transformation that marked her path. She has also ventured into various artistic disciplines. She founded emotional and spiritual support centers in San Miguel de Allende, a city where she has also collaborated with the DIF, the Women's Institute and Alternative Justice, supporting and serving as a Constellator.

As a self-taught painter, www.lolapico.com, she has had her own gallery and her works have been exhibited in Mexico and abroad. Her work is represented by the 1819 gallery in Madrid. She currently lives in Ajijic, Jalisco, where she continues to create and lead workshops on Family Constellations, Creativity Workshops, Art Therapy, and Learning Circles focused on the well-being of the soul and spirit.
